The European Research Council has just announced that our lab has been awarded an ERC Starting Grant!!
Thanks to the support of this ERC grant, we will be able to study how the unique properties of layered materials (LMs), which are fully functional down a single atomic layer, can be further expanded and enriched by exploiting the one-dimensional geometry.
